  • 3 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Hudson Fancy Pecan Pieces
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Mix the ingredients above, then add:

  • 1 lb Can of Pumpkin
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Vegtable Oil
  • ⅔ Cup Water

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 standard size loaf pans. Fill each pan about half way with batter. Bake for one hour. Use cake tester or toothpick to ensure the center is fully baked. Let cool and enjoy!
  2. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Freeze extras in a freezer bag to enjoy later.
